Our Story

Ryan’s Bar Navan, Opened its doors in December 1999, by proprietors
Mick and Nancy Ryan. The Premises, Purchased in1998 underwent
extensive renovations whilst retaining its historical features of the
entrance and part of the old town wall, dating back to 1796. This wall runs
behind the bar and is a splendid feature. Mick is an extremely well known
and popular member of the GAA fraternity having represented both Club
and County at Senior level with great distinction, culminating in a national
league final victory over Dublin 1975.

Quality, Cleanliness, Service and attention to detail are key ingredients to
Ryan’s award winning lunches and drinks. Its food has grown from strength to strength over the years. Aided by predominately locally sourced produce
and an ever changing seasonal menu, thus combining to create a
wonderful culinary experience served by a friendly established team in
very comfortable surroundings.

Ryan’s has a suburb selection of drinks available. The cool cocktail bar
has an extensive list of cocktails, both shaken and stirred. In Ryan’s you
can relax, have a drink, a chat with friends or view a comprehensive
selection of sports on the many screens available.
With the assistance of our wonderful staff Ryan’s creates a homely and
friendly atmosphere, which are integral parts of Ryan’s Ethos.
